Job Description
We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Learning Solutions Coordinator. This position involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with business objectives and organisational values.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis & Alignment: Participate in TNA across departments to identify capability gaps, align training programs with business objectives and compliance standards, and identify emerging trends and regulatory changes to inform proactive training strategies.
* Design & Development: Design and develop blended learning programs, including eLearning, microlearning, and instructor-led training, use the Canvas LMS to create and manage training content, leverage AI tools, 360-degree content, and storyboarding techniques to produce immersive learning experiences, and apply structured instructional design principles to deliver engaging and accessible learning.
* Training Delivery & Support: Deliver or support the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and on the job, provide post-training resources and support to encourage knowledge retention and practical application, and evaluate training outcomes using learner feedback and performance metrics.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads, subject matter experts, and the L&D team to ensure content relevance and accuracy, contribute to the continuous improvement of training practices across the organisation, and ensure training programs meet relevant compliance standards and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Training, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
* Experience with Canvas LMS or similar learning management systems.
* Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to conduct training needs analyses and align learning solutions with business strategy.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
