Job Title: Coordinator of Scheduling and Resource Allocation
Downer seeks an experienced Coordinator of Scheduling and Resource Allocation to join our team at HMAS Albatross.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base
* Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times
* Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption
* Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems
* Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness
* Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management, or logistics environments
* Certificate III in Business or Logistics (mandatory)
* Certificate IV in Asset Management
* White Card and site access credentials (desirable)
* Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade or multi-discipline work programs
