We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in our South Australian operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans across South Australia. You will identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* 3+ years in B2B sales or account management, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or industrial supply.
* A consultative, solution-focused selling style.
* Confidence dealing with builders, project managers, contractors, and procurement teams.
* A track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
