Your new role
Your new role will see you working on a diverse range of planning projects, providing advice to clients, and actively participating in meetings and mentoring within the team. You'll have opportunities to grow your skills through both external training and knowledge-sharing with colleagues, expanding your planning experience, particularly in sectors like education, health, and aged care. The position involves managing projects to completion, preparing a variety of planning documents, advising on local and state legislation, and liaising with clients and authorities. The roles requires strong skills in assessing site constraints, development opportunities, and navigating council and state agency processes. What You'll Need

* 5+ Years experience
* Degree (or near completion) in Town Planning or related field with a strong understanding of the NSW Planning system
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, government, and stakeholders
* Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Commitment to career growth and ongoing professional development, with Australian work rights (including preferred current NSW driver's license)
