To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager - Chilled (Dips) position.
In this role, you will utilise Category (range, space, activation) and RGM (Price & promo) tools to create, align & deliver an annual plan that unlocks growth in the chilled category for Pepsico's brands and the category.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Category Strategy Alignment Work with the Head of Category Management to tailor PepsiCo's Category Strategy to customer needs, focusing on growth drivers and demand spaces.
Partner Engagement & Campaign Ownership Lead engagement plans with strategic partners for Obela, ensure embedment, and fully own the Obela Category Review Campaign.
Insights, Activation & Range Reviews Drive annual insights sessions, activation workshops, and manage end-to-end range review processes, including pricing, promotions, & pack solutions.
Customer & Commercial Management Maintain key customer relationships (WW, Coles, Metcash, Aldi, 7-E), support joint business plans, and analyse performance trends to deliver growth.
Innovation & Brand Support Collaborate on Obela NPD portfolio, build category sell decks, align volume assumptions, and ensure commercial calendar success for the Chilled channel.
Qualifications About you
Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business: or equivalent
Analytical mindset, proficient in scan and panel software
Experience in strategy development as well as execution
Proven ability to develop good working relationships cross functionally both internally and externally
Customer facing experience in a category or commercial role.
Ability to demonstrate understanding of the PEP and customer P&Ls;, how they are structured, and the ways in which RGM levers impact financial metrics from RSV to profitability.
Desirable Experience / Job Knowledge
Range & Merchandising tools & processes - e.g. Efficient Assortment, Space Planning Analytics (systems capabilities & reporting functionality)
Commercial account management experience
Experience in other FMCG categories / businesses that have a solid, structured Category Management process.
Experience within a commercial finance or RGM team
