This role, which will include liaising with all global operations is a perfect opportunity for a highly qualified finance manager/controller to work in a global entity and be a future finance director.
Job Description
Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow and implement effective financial strategies.
Lead and mentor a finance team of 4.
Collaborate with other departments and global regions to support business decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies, including US GAAP and SOX.
Provide financial insights to senior management to drive performance improvements.
Oversight of taxation and some treasury requirements.
Identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Will Be Able To Demonstrate
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA).
Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing or agricultural industries.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, including US tax requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in SAP, preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
