About the role Manage customer maintenance contracts in line with service agreements and KPIs Oversee service desk operations and ticketing systems Coordinate planned maintenance, fault response and on-call support Act as a key point of contact for customer service and technical enquiries Lead, develop and support a high-performing customer service team Drive continuous improvement across service quality and operational efficiency Ensure service reporting, compliance and safety standards are met About you Tertiary qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT or similar 3–5 years’ experience in a customer service or maintenance management role Strong leadership and people management skills Experience working to SLAs, KPIs and service reporting requirements Organised, detail-oriented and customer focused This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader looking to make a real impact in a growing and technically focused organisation.
