As Site Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and business growth at the Geelong new site, leading a talented team while developing strategies to expand market presence. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll manage operations and craft initiatives that fuel growth. This full-time, on-site position is focused on driving site performance and profitability with real autonomy to make decisions and implement your vision. Key Responsibilities Supporting warehouse and installation teams to optimise workflows and maintain quality standards Fostering a safety-first culture through regular audits and WHS compliance Overseeing P&L management and implementing strategies for sustained growth Building and mentoring high-performing teams through continuous development Managing customer relationships and driving sales initiatives to exceed targets Collaborating with senior leadership to align site strategies with company objectives Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements Must Haves Strong leadership skills and proven ability to motivate teams Commercial mindset and business acumen with P&L responsibility experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Safety-focused with solid understanding of WHS requirements Excellence in verbal and written communication Experience in site management or similar role (3 years) Proven team leadership experience Manufacturing/distribution industry experience highly regarded Values-driven with focus on integrity and teamwork Ready to Take Charge?
