The role is responsible for the provision of WHS-Q-E support within the Victorian region. Reporting to the WH&S Manager, you will maintain, co-ordinate and provide support for the Victorian region of a strong national company of over 1000 employees. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Travelling to Victorian work sites 1-2 times per week (predominately Melbourne metropolitan) Auditing and site inspections Investigate any incidents, injuries or near misses onsite and assist with return to work processes Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees and subcontractors Attending site toolbox meetings Using Procore Construction software and various client induction systems Preparing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) Assist and guide project managers, site managers & contract managers to ensure WHS in accordance with legislation and client requirements About you: Must have completed Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Construction, Building or Building Services Industry Other certification and/or training in all relevant WHS Safety and award Courses and Return To work Training whilst not essential would be desirable Good computer skills, with intermediate MS Office skills essential The company A privately owned company known for its strong culture of quality, excellence and innovation.
