We're partnering with a well-established engineering consultancy with over 50 years of industry experience and a strong pipeline of major projects. They're now seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in delivering complex projects and supporting the continued growth of the Structural team
This opportunity suits an experienced engineer who enjoys end-to-end project ownership, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers, while also contributing strategically to the future direction of the business.
The Role
Lead and deliver structural projects from concept through to completion
Provide technical leadership across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Coordinate design inputs and manage project documentation
Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior engineers
Contribute to the growth and long-term success of the Structural team
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5+ years' experience in structural engineering
Strong experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Exposure to timber, steel, and concrete structures
Proven ability in project coordination, design, and client-facing work
Strong capability in reading and interpreting engineering plans
