THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a part-time Sales Administrator to join our Sales team in Echuca, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is central to keeping the sales process moving smoothly from deposit through to sales acceptance.
You'll provide high level administrative support to the sales team, coordinate key sales documentation, and ensure house and land data is accurate, up to date and compliant. You'll also work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers and conveyancers to help keep everything on track.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Consultants with end-to-end sales administration
* Preparing and completing sales files for submission prior to sales acceptance
* Coordinating house and land packages, ensuring accuracy in pricing, compliance and documentation
* Maintaining databases, stock lists and developer agreements with a strong focus on data integrity
* Following up outstanding contractual items with brokers, conveyancers and Sales Consultants
* Preparing reports, sales documentation and House and Land brochures
* Conducting market and competitor research as required
* Supporting reception duties and general administrative tasks when needed

* Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in your work
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Experience supporting internal stakeholders or customer-facing teams
* Confidence working with systems, data and administrative processes
* A team-focused attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed
* Commercial awareness and comfort working to deadlines
* Experience in property, construction or land development environments is an advantage but not essential
