About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to serve as a Strategic Support Partner to our CEO and Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in providing exceptional support services, including calendar management, email administration, and logistics coordination.
* Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely notifications
* Provide high-level administrative support, including email management and correspondence
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO and Managing Director
* Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions
* Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
