* Maintain processing site plant and machinery
* Ensure optimal equipment efficiency and product quality
* Minimise unplanned equipment downtime in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven mechanical fitter with a minimum of 5 years' experience in food or pharmaceutical production environments
* Familiarity with HACCP food safety protocols
* Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, Saturdays, and variable shifts
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities
