Role summary
You'll be part of the Security Team within the Workplaces Branch at Transport for NSW, where you'll support the delivery of security access and control systems and services across the property portfolio. You'll work alongside other experienced security technicians to ensure building access control, card and profile management, and emergency services are delivered in line with organisational policies and standards. You'll also provide technical advice and support for systems including CCTV, alarms, intercoms and electronic access.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve faults or incidents, monitor alerts raised by security systems, and lead troubleshooting efforts.
* Train support staff and develop documentation and guides to support their learning and performance.

About you
* More than five years' experience delivering security and access services across large, complex property portfolios.
* Strong technical knowledge of access control, CCTV and alarm systems, and ability to investigate issues and implement preventative solutions to reduce outages.
* Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage high volumes of complex programming and reporting requests.
* Mentoring and training material development experience.
* Current NSW Class 2C Security Equipment Specialist Licence.
* Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a BASELINE Commonwealth security clearance (requires Position of Trust).
