The objective of this role will be to manage the end-to-end claims & data entry process for a big household name. 3-month role initially with parking on site.
The responsibilities of this role will include but not be restricted to:
- Performing analysis and validation of claims
- High-volume data verification
- Processing transactions to explicit approved claims against accruals or as directed.
- Dispute resolution.
- Monitoring and escalating aged claims.
A successful applicant must have:
- Relevant and demonstrated experience in Claims/Data Entry experience
- Experience working in the FMCG industry preferred
- Attention to detail and problem s experienceolving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and huge volumes of data
- Excel intermediate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and have a process improvement mindset
