In this newly created permanent role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of change and transformation initiatives across ART, ensuring they align with our Enterprise Transformation (ET) methodologies, frameworks, and standards.You'll work closely with various stakeholders to manage key strategic programmes, oversee interdependencies, and ensure effective resource planning and project management.Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring maturity uplift to optimise and transform the way we manage change at ART. You will be accelerating transformation delivery through partnerships and alliances, continuously assessing forward-looking requirements, change readiness, and sustainability.As a Senior Manager, you'll embody ART's values of courage, empathy, and excellence. You'll collaborate with the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) and Risk teams and other key stakeholders to oversee programme reviews, ensuring prompt corrective actions through Health Checks and Assurance reviews.Your role will also involve managing the impacts of change on our people, providing coaching and advisory support, oversee portfolio funding with Finance, and build strong collaborative networks to enhance capabilities to advance ART's overall ambition.
