Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday for 3-6 months.
* Be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and customer queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Sales Team as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with transport scheduling and order allocation.
* Process hire orders, estimates, off-hire requests, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
* Manage account queries and follow up promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role (hire industry experience highly regarded).
* Strong computer literacy with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
