What You'll Be Doing
* Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
* Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
* Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly and with a solutions‑focused approach.
* Maximise occupancy through upselling and promoting hotel services.
* Maintain accurate payment handling and compliance with hotel policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
What We're Looking For

* The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
