About the role
We are looking for passionate and committed psychologists and accredited mental health social workers to join our small team.
Work directly with clients, either in person or on-line, and help increase the client base by engaging with third party providers such as government departments and private sector medical and allied health professional services.
Use your professional skills and drive to help build the brand and its reputation and share a sense of being part of something bigger.
Your responsibilities
· Provide clinical interventions, support, plans and assessment services for individual clients with complex issues, mental health, trauma, PTSD, and other challenges.
· Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and/or family therapy.
· Use a range of proven modalities reflecting your areas of clinic experience.
· Build and manage a referral base and case load.
· Manage records in Touchstone's systems and third-party systems including DVA, WorkCover, Medicare and NDIS
· Liaise with external support services to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
What you will bring to the role
· Minimum 3 years professional experience working as a psychologist or mental health social worker in a clinical mental health setting.
· Candidates must have between 3-5 years of professional clinical experience in mental health practice.
· A demonstrated history of successful work with clients experiencing complex and other forms of trauma and mental health issues.
· Experience in individual, couples, group or family therapy.
· A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the areas of mental health, attachment, relationships and trauma therapy.
· Willingness to work in the office at least one day per week.
* Eligibility for a Provider Number through Medicare is essential.
Arrangement
Casual Employee moving to permanent part time or full-time employee after probation period. Contracting is also possible in accordance with new contractor guidelines.
Salary
Health Professionals and Support Services Award Level 3.
Plus 12% employer superannuation contribution, paid external clinical supervision and PD allowance (available to employees).

Mandatory qualifications
Applicants must hold current AHPRA Psychology registration or AASW Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker.
