About The Role
You'll support key accounts payable processes in a collaborative team environment, based at our Hindmarsh office. Your responsibilities include:
* Manage end to end accounts payable functions including coding, and reconciliations
* Prepare EFT and BPAY files for timely payments
* Resolve vendor invoicing errors and liaise with stakeholders
* Assist with month-end reconciliations and audits

Skills and Experiences
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
* Knowledge of accounts payable processes and coding
* Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn
* Familiarity with accounting and billing systems
* Understanding of NDIS funding model (desirable)
* Experience in accounts receivable invoicing and reconciliation (desirable)
Education And Qualifications
* Finance or accounting knowledge through study or work experience
* Experience accessing government portals such as NDIS and PRODA
* Formal qualifications in finance or accounting (desirable, not essential)
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
