We are seeking a reliable and organised part-time Administration Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service. The role supports flexible working hours to suit school hours if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• General administration duties

• Managing bookings and schedules

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Social media posting

• Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks

About You:

• Previous administration experience

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service experience is essential

• Experience using booking software, or the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Hold a current driver’s licence
