About the Role
As Centre Director, you will oversee all aspects of the centre's daily operations, educational programs, team development, and community engagement. You will have the unique opportunity to establish the culture, build relationships with families, and lead a committed team to deliver high-quality education and care in line with the Little Gumnuts philosophy.

About You
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within early childhood education
* Strong understanding of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Food Hygiene and Child Protection training
* A confident and caring leader with a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework. You bring experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams and have the skills to manage a centre with excellence, empathy, and professionalism.
