About the Role
Motors Hobart are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Accessories Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting a wide range of automotive accessories to new and used vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a great customer experience.
* Install accessories such as tow bars, canopies, bull bars, roof racks, and more
* Conduct pre-delivery accessory checks and ensure correct specifications
* Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
* Work closely with service and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
* Provide support with basic mechanical and workshop tasks as required
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role or strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Sound understanding of hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Current manual driver's licence
