Position: High-Intensity Support Worker
Award: SCHADS Social and Community Services
Looking for a role that's meaningful, hands-on, and full of heart? At Precision Care & Health Group, we support people with complex needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity—and we're looking for the right people to join us on that journey.
What the Role Involves:
You'll be working one-on-one with clients who have higher support needs—things like seizure care, PEG feeding, catheter care, personal care, and sometimes behaviours of concern. It's about showing up, being steady, and supporting someone through the ups and downs of daily life.
No two days are the same—and that's part of what makes this work so rewarding.
You Don't Need to Know It All—Just Be:
* Reliable – we need people who show up and follow through
* Compassionate – this work is about people, first and foremost
* Willing to Learn – we'll train you in all the clinical stuff
* Unflappable – you stay cool when things get tough
What We're Looking For:
* Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care (or working towards it)
* NDIS Worker Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR (or willing to get them)
* Some experience in support work is great—but if you're new and committed, we'll support you
* Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position
What You'll Get from Us:
* Full clinical training (PEG, catheter care, epilepsy, bowel care—you name it)
* Supportive team, 24/7 guidance, and real people who care
* Flexible shifts and consistent work
* A chance to actually make a difference, every day
This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to grow, to care, and to be part of something that matters.
