About the Position
As the Operations Supervisor, you will use your strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations to drive station performance, improve efficiency, and maintain safety and compliance standards. You will support the Station Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives while leading a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment. You will oversee Dragonfly's parcel lifecycle, including dispatch, returns, driver bookings, route optimisation, and delivery compliance. You will also provide leadership, coaching, and training to warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
