Job Overview
The position of ICT Infrastructure Manager is available for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the operational management of all NSW SES ICT infrastructure. This includes desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations to deliver secure, reliable and high performing services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage skilled technical teams while acting as a partner to the business.
* Promote collaboration with other ICT units and business stakeholders to ensure NSW SES infrastructure supports digital transformation.
* Built an IT environment that is not just stable, but also innovative and future focused.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading a technical team in the management of networks, servers, and end-user devices.
* Demonstrated experience overseeing core infrastructure operations.
* Expertise in managing service delivery processes, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle and technical documents.
* Knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
