We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh in Tasmania.
This role will be based in the Hobart office and is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve agreed service standards.
Foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes to preserve these relationships.
Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are identified and met.
Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
Maintain awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
Possess a thorough understanding of major classes of General insurance and stay updated on technical and product developments.
Have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
Qualifications
Proven insurance experience managing corporate client accounts.
Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A motivation for client service and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of account management and the insurance industry.
Dedication to high-level client service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
