About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in target regions.
* Built and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, fleet operators, and key decision-makers in the construction, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors.
* Negotiate contracts and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Represent the company at industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of heavy equipment applications and the construction, mining, and civil infrastructure sectors.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
