Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager, manage critical maintenance tasks.
* Update the 52‐week plans and continually review asset management/maintenance plans.
* Refine CMMS system data, including maintenance records, service reports, faults/RCAs, and asset information.
* Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and work order processes.
* Enter PPM schedule data, coordinate and follow up on change‐management approvals with customers.
* Support the contract Critical Facilities Manager and senior engineer in managing contractual paperwork and compliance documentation.
* Source data to support monthly and quarterly reporting.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including environmental, building, fire, health, and safety.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients/customers.
Qualifications
* Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Management – Computerised Maintenance Management System.
* Proven track record in data centre/critical/commercial facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting Tier 3 or greater critical facilities operations, including responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.
* Experience dealing with a range of people from junior to senior level, including site employees, suppliers, and customers.
* Experience working within a matrix organisation.
