Caretaking / Building Caretaker – Casual / Part-Time
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to maintain the common areas of a residential building.
Duties include:
* General caretaking of common property
* Cleaning of foyers, hallways, stairwells and shared areas
* Bin room management and waste movement
* Garden maintenance including weeding, pruning and general upkeep
* Minor maintenance and reporting of issues
* Liaising with building management as required
Requirements:
* Previous caretaking experience preferred
* Demonstrated garden maintenance experience
* Attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* ABN required
* Own basic equipment preferred
Job Types: Fixed term, Subcontract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $24.95 – $42.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
