How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our operations team in Leongatha. In this pivotal role, you will support quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your contributions will directly impact product integrity and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with operations to resolve food safety and quality issues
* Maintain and update HACCP documentation and quality SOPs
* Analyze test results, coordinate surveys, and manage alerts
* Address customer inquiries and manage complaint resolution
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Deliver quality training and inductions
* Support product development and continuous improvement efforts
About You
* A qualification in Food Science, Quality, or a related field
* Experience in quality assurance, laboratory, or administrative roles within FMCG
* Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
* Familiarity with root cause analysis and food safety systems
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
