Key Duties:
* Drive new business development across targeted markets
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, installers, and end-users
* Identify trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities through research and analysis
* Provide tailored, solution-based selling of electronic security products (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)
* Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations
* Manage tenders, quotes, and proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility
Your skills and experience:
* A proven track record in business development or technical sales, ideally in the electronic security space
* Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of electronic security systems
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Relationship builder with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
* Experience in installation or support of electronic security systems will be highly regarded
* Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with evolving technologies
