Receptionist
Shanahan Family Law is growing and we are seeking a professional, warm and highly organised Receptionist to join our high performing family law team.
This role is the first point of contact for our firm and plays a critical part in shaping the client experience during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. It is ideally suited to someone who takes pride in professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.

The Opportunity
As our Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the firm, supporting both clients and the legal team while ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role based in our Maroochydore office.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and care
Greeting clients and managing reception and waiting areas
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
Providing administrative support to the legal team as required
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
About You
Previous experience in a reception or client facing role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, calm and professional manner with strong emotional intelligence
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
A values aligned team player who takes pride in their work
