The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base. This involves conducting scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs to ensure the efficient operation of our customers' equipment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician (although not essential)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
