Sales Associate – SGA Sales (Coorparoo)

If your long‐term goal is to become a top agent, this is the perfect role to kick start your career in real estate sales. You will be working alongside one of our leading agents who will show you the ropes on everything real estate, you'll be listing, selling, working with buyers, doing open homes, and closing deals.
What we're looking for
- Experience is a bonus, but a powerhouse attitude is a must, even if you're totally green.
- Can talk the talk – we're not looking for the next Jordan Belfort, but you need to be able to build rapport quickly, qualify a buyer and close a deal.
- Tenacious with a thick skin – a bit of rejection here and there doesn't bother you.
- Competitive nature – you go all out to nail your KPIs.
- All about service – the words 'they can wait' aren't part of your vocabulary.
- Love the phone – you get panicky if you're not on the phone, near a phone or within sight of a phone.
- Happy with a 5‐day per week Tuesday to Saturday gig, enjoys a comfy base salary and plenty of bonuses along the way.
- A driver's license and vehicle.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self‐discipline, motivation, and a thirst for success.
- Knowledge of your preferred market – we sell across Brisbane.
Pay & Perks
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year.
Perks: Salary packaging.
Schedule
8‐hour shift.
