Technical Support Specialist Position
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Claims Team in managing complaints, adhering to Code of Practice and providing technical referrals.
About the Role
* Provide assistance to the Claims Team regarding complaint management, Code of Practice adherence and technical inquiries
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
* Evaluate claims for compliance with Code of Practice and regulatory requirements
* Offer technical guidance and support to staff on matters beyond their authority level
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
* Deliver coaching and feedback to enhance claims staff capabilities
Requirements
* Proven experience in complaint handling and customer service
* A background in general insurance claims or a related field, preferably with expertise in Landlord and/or Home Claims
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office
