About The Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you will be part of our EPMO team initially assisting on a project, then transitioning into the Information Technology team within our Shared Services. We are flexible regarding location, with hybrid working arrangements across major Australian cities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to align technology and business strategies.
2. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks.
3. Deliver high-quality architecture models, design artifacts, roadmaps, and change initiatives.
4. Ensure architecture aligns with strategic goals through understanding business strategies and translating them into practical roadmaps.
5. Establish governance frameworks ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architecture initiatives.
7. Work with data teams to incorporate data management and governance practices.
8. Assess emerging technologies for potential adoption and impact.
9. Identify and mitigate architectural risks to support operational stability.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Experience leading enterprise architecture activities, methodologies, and standards.
2. Ability to establish relationships with IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
3. Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within complex organizations.
4. Knowledge of architecture methodologies, project management, and strategic planning.
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills with senior executives.
6. Experience with Workday and Microsoft D365 Sales is desirable.
7. TOGAF certification is desirable.
