About the Role


As the Office Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative, HR, and operational support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staff travel, managing uniform inventory, supporting onboarding and recruitment activities, maintaining office facilities, managing access cards, assisting with reporting, and contributing to cross-functional projects.

No two days are the same — you will work closely with multiple departments and be an important point of contact for staff requiring administrative or HR support


Duties & Responsibilities

* Coordinate travel bookings, including flights and accommodation.
* Manage uniform inventory and issue uniforms to staff.
* Oversee company apartment occupancy, bookings, and scheduled cleaning.
* Maintain office facilities, coordinate maintenance, and support supplier and contractor management.
* Issue SAC and ASIC access cards and maintain compliance documentation.
* Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee files, and preparing HR documents.
* Assist with internal reporting, presentations, communications, and business projects.
* Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team.

(This is a broad role — responsibilities are not limited to the above.)


Requirements & Qualifications


We are seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You will be approachable, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting people across a fast-paced business.

You will ideally have:

* A degree (or progress toward one) in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field, or relevant administrative experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-service mindset.
