Responsibilities
* Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the construction site.
* Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
* Always follow health and safety procedures.
* Support site setup and clean-up before and after shifts.
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
* Good time management.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.
* A strong willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills with a polite manner.
* Basic understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
* Valid CSR/Safe-pass Card.
* Understanding the workings of Heavy Plant & Equipment.
* Own transport to workplace/meeting point.
