- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows computers.
- Provide onsite computer repair and maintenance services for our clients.
- Offer expert advice and technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
- Uphold a skilled and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on both Apple and Windows computers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Own a reliable, well-maintained vehicle for traveling to client locations.
- Possess a valid State License.
- Maintain insurance coverage for your vehicle.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour.
- Part-time schedule with flexible on-call availability, allowing you to manage your workload.
**Traveling Charges**:
- Traveling charges reimbursed at a rate of $1.00 per kilometer after the first 20 kilometers one-way.
