Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the dispatch and receiving of orders with precision and speed.
2. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional performance.
3. Liaise with customers to provide outstanding service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying information to team members and customers alike.
* Employ strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
* Possess experience in warehouse management, including goods distribution and delivery sheet checking.
* Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
* Show commitment to WH&S policies, upholding a safe working environment.
* Display enthusiasm and a proactive attitude, driving team motivation and productivity.
* Foster flexibility, being willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Hold a current Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers License (preferred).
