Key Responsibilities
* Oversee timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Review and approve journal entries prepared by accounting team, manage preparation of operational and financial statements.
* Prepare and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, forecasts.
* Oversee calculation of Percentage Rent, Extended Trade, Occupancy Capping, Direct Recharges including major tenant calculations overview.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles, regulations.
Effective finance manager combines technical expertise with strategic vision. In this key retail client role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, budgets, forecasts across retail portfolio assets.
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* CPA/CA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Multiple years of retail property accounting experience, including supervisory management positions.
* Strong organizational analytical problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written verbal communication skills.
* Ability to effectively interact with senior management employees external auditors.
