As a member of the Job Design team, the HR Officer - Job Design undertakes research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation to support stakeholders across the Department of Health regarding:
- Establishment management policy, guidelines, and processes.
- Job reviews and classification.
- Systems support and reporting.

**The role**:
- Provide accurate advice, information and support to managers and business support staff on a range of human resource practices and procedures relating to the Agency’s establishment, including:
- Processing variations to the establishment, and associated reporting
