As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with day-to-day site coordination and project delivery
* Managing site documentation and QA records
* Scheduling inspections and liaising with clients and consultants
* Supporting cost control, variations, and reporting processes
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitoring progress against program and specifications
* Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* 3–5 years’ experience in civil construction (site-based role preferred)
* Experience in earthworks, in-ground services and pavement construction
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* High level of computer literacy
* Current Australian Class C driver’s licence
