Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tours Guide Assistant to join our team in one of Australia's most iconic locations. As a key member of our daily tour operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing vessels and vehicles for use, ensuring they are clean, safe, and presentable
* Welcome and assist guests during boarding and transfers, providing exceptional customer service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout visitor areas
* Assist with manifests, guest transport, and logistics, ensuring seamless operations
You will also participate in cultural and tourism training to develop your guiding skills, promote park experiences, and work closely with Indigenous cultural ambassadors and support cultural engagement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or front-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
* A valid driver's license and Light Rigid License or higher
* Kakadu Knowledge (ideal)
