Heavy Equipment Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all work to or above specifications, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
* Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, adhering to site standards and regulations.
* Integrate seamlessly into site operations, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimizing workflows.
* Understand and anticipate customer needs, becoming a trusted expert in your field.
* Complete and submit timesheets, warranty documentation, and other necessary reports in a timely manner.
* Educate others on diagnostic techniques, test results, and specifications for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an HV Diesel Fitter in the heavy equipment industry, with a focus on mining equipment.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
