Field Communications Specialist
A dynamic and innovative communications specialist role that requires a unique blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and relationship management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all communication channels to and from the field, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely two-way communication flows. This will involve following a prescribed meeting schedule with internal business units to ensure all information flows to the field are correct and up-to-date.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Key Account/Internal Contact & Communication with the Field
* Run Weekly State Operations Conference Calls & Co-ordinate Monthly State Field Meetings with All Field Managers
* Hold Weekly Collaboration Meeting with All Key Accounts & Identify Field Drive Opportunities & Facilitate Volume Expectations
* Manage All Field Communication Platforms & Resources (Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp)
Activity Planning & Target Setting:
* Forecast POS Requirements for Upcoming Activities (Covering Both Core & Dress-Up Kits), Working Collaboratively with the RA Team
* Set All Field Activity Targets for All Nominated Events & Activations & “Field” Pre-Pack Targets for the Independents Channel
Relationship Management with External Stakeholders:
* Manage Key Relationships with External Partners (Packcentre, Storage & Transport) Involved in the Storage & Distribution of All POS – Ensuring the Availability of All Everyday, and Promotional POS Items to the Field Team
Reporting & Budget Tracking:
* Manage & Activate All Display Tracking Reports Used by the Field for All Key Activations
* Provide Weekly/Fortnightly Activity Updates for the Duration of All Major Activations to the Wider Business (Rumba, Sales Huddles etc)
Requirements:
* 1-3 Years’ Experience within Field Communications, Sales Operations or Retail Coordination Roles
* Confident Communicator with the Ability to Be Adaptable & Think Strategically
* Ability to Build Relationships & Manage Stakeholders
* Anticipates Issues, Takes Initiative & Drives Continuous Improvement
* Strong Time Management & Organisational Skills
* Strong System & Technical Capability- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
