Key Responsibilities
* Investigate complex issues and find technical solutions to help our teams run smoothly.
* Act as the first point of contact for our people when it comes to IT support for a workforce of over 600.
* Take ownership of incoming IT tickets through Jira, resolving issues directly or escalating when needed.
* Provide day‐to‐day support for technical issues with hardware, software, and meeting room setups.
* Welcome new starters with the right tools on day one and ensure meeting rooms are ready for collaboration.
* Be a key part of the IT experience at every stage of the employee journey, including hands‐on tasks such as moving desks, installing monitors, and other practical side of maintaining an office setting.
