Responsibilities / about the role:
* Processing customer telephone orders;
* Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
* Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;
* Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;
* Conflict resolution capabilities;
* Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;
* Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
