We are seeking a professional and organised individual to provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a health and wellbeing environment.


About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who is committed to supporting clients and colleagues in a dynamic team setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Act as the first point of contact and communication with clients, providing timely and effective responses to their queries and concerns.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
3. Assist in the management of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and colleagues.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
